For more than 17 years, I have helped organisations deliver complex change where business, technology and people need to move together. As a Transformation Leader, Release Train Engineer and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), I have worked with executives, leaders and teams to improve collaboration, organisational alignment and delivery. Throughout my career, one belief has remained constant: sustainable change starts by creating the right conditions for people to perform at their best. Frameworks and processes are valuable, but they only become effective when people understand the purpose, take ownership and work together. That belief has shaped the way I lead transformations.
