I am an experienced research and evaluation professional with over 25 years of applied experience, primarily in the K–12 education sector, as well as in philanthropic and social service settings. My background also includes direct service work supporting adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in community-based environments. Currently, I serve as a Research Coordinator with the Toronto District School Board, where I leverage data and research to advance equity, student achievement, and well-being. In this role, I lead system-wide data collection initiatives, oversee the analysis and dissemination of findings to inform school and board improvement planning, conduct program and policy evaluations, and collaborate with educators to strengthen their capacity to use evidence to inform practice. I am deeply committed to bridging the gap between research and practice. My work is grounded in collaboration with educators and community, ensuring that research and evaluation efforts are responsive, practical, and aligned with real-world needs. To further strengthen my expertise in this area, I am currently completing a Certificate in Knowledge Mobilization from the University of Guelph. I hold a Master of Arts in Community Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
