As part of IKEA Digital's ambitious digital transformation, the company is building six tech hubs across the globe. To support the growth of its locations in the Netherlands and Sweden, I collaborated closely with Randstad Sourceright to develop and implement a highly effective RPO program from the ground up. Drawing on my extensive experience and expertise in talent acquisition, I was able to help build a talented and motivated team of 14 professionals across multiple countries, tasked with attracting and securing the world's best tech talent for IKEA. Fairec is a small and specialized provider of talent acquisition services for tech companies seeking to attract and retain top talent in today's competitive marketplace.
