At heart, I’m a multidisciplinary scientist, lifelong innovator, and builder. I work across life sciences, healthcare, and technology. I help teams understand what matters, decide what to build, make it happen, and get it to the people who need it. My career has taken me across research and development, product and project management, and healthcare strategy, giving me the opportunity to work with people from different disciplines, perspectives, and stages of innovation. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best outcomes come from bringing together the right people, the right information, and a shared understanding of what is needed when it is needed. What motivates me most is helping ambitious people and teams achieve more — turning promising ideas into products, programs, and solutions that are not only effective and sustainable, but genuinely necessary and sufficient to solve the problems they were created to address. Whether it’s supporting researchers pursuing new discoveries, helping clinical teams generate trusted data, working with people from different backgrounds to connect the dots, guiding leaders through difficult decisions, helping founders structure ambiguity to move faster with confidence, or working alongside technical teams to bring new digital and AI-enabled solutions to life, I enjoy removing friction, sustaining momentum, and helping ideas worthy of our best efforts move forward. Outside of work, I enjoy artisanal baking and coffee roasting, and I hope one day to share them with my community.
