Co-Founder of the UK’s First Black Hair Code adopted by schools and workplaces all across the country working towards the destigmatisation of Afro-hair in professional environments. Our code has been adopted my many well known and respected workplaces such as Unllever, M&S, Dove, Linklaters, New look and so much more. Also our code has been taken on my over 70 schools! We work to change the perception of afro hair in schools and workplaces so that we can ensure that cultural heritage and identities of students and workers of colour always feel celebrated and welcomed in all institutions .
