A variety of commercial roles means a wealth of experience gained across Product and Range Development, Retail, Merchandising, Account Management, Marketing and Compliance in the FMCG sector. After taking a career break when my children were small, I returned to work for local, family run food-based businesses in South Wales, either directly or as an affiliate for Zero2Five Food Industry Centre at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Following 2 years in education I am enjoying being back in a commercial role for Ashbury Global.
Responsible for the efficient and safe running of two Food Technology rooms and supporting teaching staff during all practical classes.
Continuing the work during my time as Sales and Marketing Affiliate for Cardiff Metropolitan University on a self-employed basis.
