With over 30 years of experience spanning enterprise software, product strategy, and engineering, I specialize in bridging the gap between complex technology and market value. Currently, I am applying this passion to the eMobility and Cleantech sectors, helping organizations navigate the transition to electric fleets and sustainable power solutions. My career has taken me through engineering, professional services, and product leadership, giving me a 360-degree view of the product lifecycle. I thrive in translating technical constraints into executive strategies and customer-centric value propositions. At companies like 7Gen and Schneider Electric, I have led cross-functional teams to define requirements for EV charging hardware, software bundles, and fleet electrification strategies. Leadership Philosophy: I believe success is collective. I am deeply committed to mentoring teams, leading agile scrum processes, and fostering an environment where knowledge is shared freely. Beyond the Office: I am a passionate 'Wine Geek' and WSET Diploma holder (dipWSET). Whether explaining the nuances of a single-family home EV charger or the terroir of a Côtes du Rhône, I love deconstructing complex subjects and making them accessible.

Schneider Electric is a global leader in providing sustainable, power solutions. As the role of Senior Manager for Strategy & Product I am defined the direction of eMobility for North America for Schneider Electric. Led the evaluation of new technologies, new applications of EV charging solutions, and innovative solutions to simplify electric vehicle ownership. This included looking at installation trends, migration to NACS (J3400) connections, fleet at home charging, and the impacts of federal regulations (like Build America, Buy America and Bipartisan Infrastructure Act). During my time at Schneider, I helped define the requirements and use cases for residential bi-directional EV charging. This involved working cross-functionally across many teams including engineering, industrial design, program management, test & validation, marketing, and finance. Additionally, I defined and owned the requirements and use cases for single family home EV charger. As with the bi-directional EV charger, I worked cross-functionally with many teams. Often I would run daily stand-up scrum meetings and sprint planning meetings. In this role I mentored interns and other team members to help get the most of their exprience and abilities.
