Lead the global Windows Product Development team across European, Asian and America data centers - management and development of a team of Windows specialists - third level escalations - Windows Server OS build design review and consulting - process review and improvements - KPI & target definition, monitoring and evaluation - work in compliance with international company IT processes and ITIL
• organization of teamwork, management/resolution of Incidents, Change management, Problem management • responsible for installing the Windows Server OS and providing support for Operations Acceptance Testing process • Level 3 support for Windows Server OS, support for HPE Blade HW platform management, Windows clustering (Microsoft Cluster, Veritas Infoscale Cluster) • automation development (GSS jobs, Powershell) • cooperation on the final deployment of customer applications in the DHL environment, consultation and support • documenting best practices, standards and contributing to the development of new standards and processes • preparation and testing of Azure Windows templates used in Azure Managed VMs service
