El Portal, Merced, CA My Real Estate life began as an Entrepreneur of Weiss Realty, Realty World, 28 years ago maintaining a full time position and my Realtor activity continues today at Realty Executives. I held several office positions as well as volunteering on many committees for the Merced County Board of Realtors. My experience evolves around the closing of our local Castle Air Force Base in Merced County, the crisis of the "Spotted Owl' Eras, the Foreclosure/Short Sale traumatic market and the rise and fall and return of the Real Estate Market. All the while, sitting down at the kitchen table helping those whose lives were changing and moving on, i.e., their first home, a new baby, the next home, the empty nester, and retirement. Education, Merced and Modesto Junior College Prior to Real Estate I conducted Legal Secretarial Classes at Merced Junior College and formed and managed several local businesses. All the loves of my local activities include: Bear Creek Ukele Society, Merced Sweet Adelines, Merced Ball Room Dancing Club, Arts in acrylic painting, Serving my church, Merced Golf and Country Club 99ers Ladies Golf Club and giving to the whims of my two cats, Kiki and Tuxie, and my husband Joe. This Real Estate life has never been a job, but an education. I look forward to continue helping, so that's why I like to say, DON'T MAKE A MOVE WITHOUT ME.
