- Lead end-to-end development and launch of several Access Control, Intercom, and Sensor Consumer Electronics products from NPI through mass production - Drive cross-functional alignment across EE, ME, FW, SW, ID, Operations, and Manufacturing to deliver high-quality consumer hardware on ~9 month timelines. - Work closely with engineering teams to integrate and debug hardware and firmware features, validate reliability of key modules, and mitigate risks ahead of critical design milestones such as mechanical tooling kickoff and PCB fabrication. - Manage Asia-based JDM/CM partners, overseeing SMT, FATP, and pack-out builds to ensure manufacturability, fixture readiness, and smooth ramp to mass production. - Facilitate executive reviews, align stakeholders on schedule and quality, and deliver successful products at scale. - Lead Sustaining Functions for Access Control Business Unit
- Led development and launch of network switch families from concept through release. - Managed R&D budgets ($1M–$5M) and aligned Engineering and Executive teams on milestones and deliverables. - Directed cross-functional teams across Hardware, Software, Test, and Manufacturing for modular programs with 5+ configurations. - Planned design cycles, mitigated risks, and ensured on-time execution. - Partnered with contract manufacturers to deliver scalable, high-quality enterprise hardware.
