Supported managers in employee relations cases, including conducting investigations, reporting, and providing advice. Reviewed HR policies and procedures and ensured they are legally compliant. Assisted with the TUPE process, including managing consultations, preparing contracts, and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Provided support with payroll during the transfer. Processed monthly payroll for OPTALIS employees and temporary Healthcare professionals from NHS. Resolved policy and pay related queries for all the employees.
➢ Anchored end to end recruitment process which includes partnering with recruitment agencies, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, hiring and onboarding ➢ Handled the DBS checks and tracked the receipt of other required documents to ensure compliance with employment legislation and employer’s policy guidelines ➢ Conducted regular employment engagement activities such as All Hands Meeting, Manager One -One and Senior Management connects ➢ Resolved employee queries and handled grievance and disciplinary process ➢ Prepared the monthly payroll for all Launchpad employees using SAGE and liaised with the Finance team to process other invoices and payments ➢ Managed the performance process of employees in Probation and Performance Improvement Plan. ➢ Maintained and updated employee data (electronic and paper form) and ensured HR Tracking applications are up -to-date and accurate.

•Anchored the Performance Management process for the assigned business unit (approx 8000 employees) , which includes Annual and Mid - Year appraisal cycle, Rating grievance, Performance Improvement Plan and Counsel Out process •Partnered with Leadership team to synthesize and stream line the HR initiatives across the business units •Controlled attrition in the unit by proactively implementing various HR interventions such as re-skilling , skill based bonus •Analyzed the employee pulse survey data for the assigned business area including headcount, performance, talent, attrition, engagement etc and used insights to design HR actions and business priorities •Handled audits such as ISO and client specific audits.
