Derzeit leite ich den Servicebereich für Stirnrad Schleifmaschinen bei der KLINGELNBERG GmbH und bin für die technische und kaufmännische Leitung sowie für die Weiterentwicklung der Maschinen verantwortlich. Dabei kümmere ich mich um die Koordination der weltweiten Technologie- und Kostenplanung und optimiere die Serviceorganisation, um sowohl Kundenzufriedenheit als auch Umsatz zu steigern. Mein Fokus liegt auf der erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Standortstrategie, der Servicequalität und Qualitätssicherung.

Management and further development of the punch - laser machines service area. Forward-looking design of the service organization. Continuous review and improvement of service process performance. Management of service projects in the development process. Coordination and handling of customer complaints.
