I am responsible for driving growth, shaping M&A strategy, developing talent, and strengthening key client relationships across the region. With over 25 years of experience in the professional services industry, I specialize in scaling private equity-backed businesses, with a strong focus on commercial excellence, operational performance, talent development, and strategic acquisitions. In my career I have partnered with Waterland Private Equity Partners, Blackstone Group, CVC Capital and the Abu Dhabi investment authority. Previously, as Global Chief Commercial Officer at TMF Group, I led the global sales and marketing organization across 86 jurisdictions, delivering consistent double-digit organic revenue growth. My career has been centered on partnering with private equity firms and multinational clients, fostering collaboration, and enabling organizations to succeed in complex international environments.
