I have been working in this role since August 2000, and have built strong relationships with government clients and partners. Before joining T-Mobile, I was a PREP at Sprint for 20.5 years, where I learned the fundamentals of wireless technology and customer service. I have a passion for delivering quality and value to the public sector, and I am always looking for new ways to improve efficiency and innovation.
