Supporting client side data centre development and delivery, with a focus on how early-stage decisions impact execution risk and programme certainty, to limit the material effect on capital outcomes. With a background in architecture and an MBA, I bring a cross-disciplinary perspective to these complex infrastructure projects translating technical constraints into solvable outcomes. Currently working on live mission-critical developments, I am closely involved in the realities of delivery: commissioning constraints, OFCI integration, and operational interface challenges. These experiences have reinforced a clear pattern—many of the most significant risks encountered during construction originate from decisions made at early pre-development stage. My focus is to move upstream in the value chain, contributing to: * Development strategy and feasibility * Risk mitigation during early-stage design * Alignment between capital deployment and execution outcomes I am particularly interested in platforms operating at scale within data centre infrastructure, where energy, technology, and real estate converge.
