Mit über drei Jahren Erfahrung als Teamleiter Produktmanagement bei SCANLAB GmbH konzentriere ich mich darauf, Produktmanagement und Produktmarketing effektiv zu kombinieren, um kundenorientierte Lösungen voranzutreiben. Meine Arbeit basiert auf einem analytischen Ansatz, unterstützt durch ein starkes Verständnis für Produktentwicklung und Marktanforderungen. In meiner Rolle als Führungskraft lege ich großen Wert auf die Entwicklung meines Teams und die Förderung individueller Stärken. Mit einem Fokus auf Teamarbeit und Kommunikation unterstütze ich meine Kolleginnen und Kollegen dabei, ihre Ziele zu erreichen und innovative Ideen umzusetzen, die sich am Bedarf unserer Kunden orientieren.
I was responsible for the management of seven technical support engineers including recruitment and training. Two major projects were about: • Optimizing the internal processes to improve both the cooperation with the sales team and the performance and motivation of the engineers through a more independent way of working in technical support • Increasing the effectiveness of the support engineers by analyzing the workload and deriving suitable measures such as reorganizing the support shifts
I was driving local demand generation for automated test and measurement applications with focusing on Automotive Accounts. My key project as the technical project lead was the planning and execution of NI's 2018 edition of VIPDays with over 700 attendees orchestrating a team of 6 engineers, coordinating with the internal event marketing team, and aligning with the corporate marketing team.
I managed and developed a team of four Engineers to deliver Marketing Execution in the Central European Region. Projects of my team included appearances of NI at tradeshows like Embedded World, SPS and Sensor & Test with the team meeting lead and opportunity pipeline goals.
