- End-to-end ownership of the Spelsberg catalog portfolio, including roadmap definition, lifecycle management and end-of-life decisions - Shared responsibility for revenue, contribution margin and margin development at portfolio level - Development and execution of product and portfolio positioning strategies across target markets and applications - Introduction and continuous monitoring of KPI systems to steer product performance and lifecycle decisions
- Sales responsibility within an international matrix organization, steering international sales and closely collaborating with national field sales teams -Systematic acquisition of new customers and projects in domestic and international markets - Full key account responsibility, from initial acquisition and contract negotiations to ongoing project and revenue ownership - Development and execution of market and sales strategies for wholesale, direct sales and project business - Coaching and enabling regional sales teams and sales representatives to increase project penetration
- Full responsibility for strategic key accounts in electrical and construction supply industries - Acquisition of new projects and business partners in domestic and international markets - Coordination of complex customer projects with product management and R&D
