As project engineer and team leader of the PITT (Port Infrastructure Technology team) I am responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of all maritime systems used within our various contracts in Belgium and the Netherlands. This mainly concerns radar, AIS, VHF and UPS systems on a 24/7 basis. I am also tasked with the replacement and installation of these systems together with our team. I manage the multi-year planning and coordinate with all the different parties such as the client, crane and transport companies, suppliers, software integrators, etc. Working safely is extremely important in all our work, which is often carried out at great heights. Everything is prepared and carried out by me according to the applicable QHSE rules. I handle the asset management, spare parts management, warehouse management, call and ticket management in various systems such as Topdesk. Internally at Radio Holland Belgium I am also responsible for the ICT systems and accessories such as laptops, Iphones, etc.
First and second line ICT helpdesk support at multiple customers such as Telenet, Van Lanschot Bankiers, Radio Holland, etc.
