- Full end-to-end responsibility for the "ALign" program, a 200M€ strategic business transformation aimed at harmonizing the European industrial countries. - Leadership: Leading a cross-functional team of Business Process Owners (BPOs), project leads, and IT experts to ensure delivery on time, scope, and budget. - Strategic ERP Roadmap: Steering the comprehensive migration to SAP S/4HANA as the digital backbone for European operations which are not yet in S4. - Operational Excellence: Driving the standardization and alignment of finance, commercial, maintenance and package gas processes to increase organizational agility and synergy across European entities. - Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary interlocutor for the Executive Steering Committee and our strategic system integrator, Capgemini.
- Key leadership role in "ALign," a multi-year program to standardize and harmonize business processes across Europe in Finance, Commercial, Maintenance, and Packaged Gases. - ERP Implementation (SAP S/4HANA): Acted as the primary Business Lead for the rollout of SAP S/4HANA within the Large Industries and Electronics business units and lead the maintenance transformation by implementing SAP FSM (Field Service Management) to optimize planning and execution workflows. - Rollout Success: Successfully managed the go-live of SAP S/4HANA for Large Industries & Electronic in France, Belgium and Germany - Management: Led a team of Business Process Owners (BPOs) and served as the main counterpart for country executives and our strategic system integrator, Capgemini.
- Full P&L responsibility and head of the Bulgarian entity (~50M€ revenue) with 100+ employees across all functions and business lines. - P&L Improvement: Successfully increased country performance from a low-single-digit to a double-digit EBIT growing the country profitability to >20% EBIT/Sales ratio by pricing and efficiency actions. - COVID-19: Led our crisis cell and the organization through the pandemic by coordinating with the Bulgarian government and industry competitors to ensure national supply security for hospitals and the continuation of our operational customers. - Organizational Transformation: Led a comprehensive team modernization, implementing agile ways of working and putting in place a high-performance culture. Setting the focus on talent development. - Strategic project: Secured the entity’s long-term future by signing and negotiating a long-term contract extension with our anchor customer (Aurubis).
