Overall responsibility for: - complete FP&A process from investment analysis to budgeting - coordination with external stakeholders (audit, consultants, authorities, etc.) - supervising the finace team - financing startegy development - IFRS and Czech GAAP accounts supervision - internal control implementation
- manage engagement economics (contracts, budgets, WIP, billing and variance analysis) - provide guidance to clients during complex transactions like IPO, business combination, etc. - carry out people management activities e.g. resourcing, counselling, performance reviews - build, manage and motivate high-performing teams - maintain cooperative relationships with other internal departments - application of risk management policies and procedures - generating new business opportunities
- lead onsite audit team and apply expertise in accounting frameworks - assess on technical correctness of client's accounting information - review presentational standards of financial statements and disclosures - understand the audit client's industry, recognise key performance drivers, business trends - report the audit engagement status to the client and audit manager - monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed - help staff to build sustainable competencies - assistance with regulatory compliance
Experience with PCAOB and SEC rules.
