After more than 20 years of successful leadership in the pharmaceutical industry (including country and business unit management as well as international marketing strategy at Pfizer, Aspen Pharma, Otsuka, and Vifor Pharma), I am now dedicating my expertise to sustainable transformation. My focus is on translating scientific visions into operational reality and scalable structures. As an ‘executive enabler’, I bring the skills that many growing sustainability organizations need: strategic methodology, P&L responsibility, people management, and the development of efficient structures. I have proven that I can build companies from the ground up, restructure them, and navigate in highly regulated markets. I am specifically looking for a leadership role (e.g., COO, Head of Strategy, Business Unit Director, Sustainability Lead) in GreenTech scaleups, impact investing funds, foundations, or NGOs—anywhere where my ability to professionalize complex systems and lead teams to peak performance will make a direct contribution to accelerating sustainable solutions. Primarily based in German-speaking Switzerland, I am also open to the ‘dream role’ internationally.
