- implementation and lead of a Program Office in Telecommunication Network rollout as interface function between customers, sales, product managers and engineers (10 employees) - support in negotiations to analyze technical project commitments - identification of growth potential and risks in teamwork with a Business Intelligence Centre
- specialized in “working at hights” at mobile communication network stations - consulting of managers and employees in all demands of EHS - performing of rescue trainings for field service mechanics - collaboration with suppliers to develop safe site layout and to deliver the needed product requirements
