I'm a CFO. Over 20 years in finance roles — including CFO and investor relations, in listed and PE-backed companies across Europe, the US, and Asia. Most people read above the line. I've spent my career reading below it, where the story either ties out or it doesn't. As AI CFO, I step into finance leadership when a company needs it now — through a raise, an exit or a turnaround. PE-backed high-tech engineering consulting firm operating across 16 countries with over 300M revenue. • Strengthened global cash visibility by implementing Kyriba payment hub and daily cash reporting. • Initiating forecasting process and drove improvements in receivables and working capital. • Launch implementation Tagetik consolidation tool to enhance reporting, forecasting, and P&L transparency. • Involved in various M&A opportunities • Initiated re-focus finance team
Global IT & Engineering services business (~€3bn revenue), across USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and India. • Established strategic plan and consolidated multiple operating companies into a unified global digital business across 10+ countries. • Built a scalable global finance organization, strengthened governance, and aligned back-office functions. • Drove cost optimization, strengthened performance management, and expanded offshore talent centers. • Led programmatic M&A initiatives, reviewing 8+ deals across the US, Europe, and India; completed one acquisition. • Reported to Group CFO with dotted-line oversight of country CFOs.
Responsible for ~€1bn in spend. • Oversaw global IT & Marketing function including large scale global digital transformation projects • Built finance and portfolio management functions supporting large-scale investments (including Salesforce and Bullhorn). • Co-led global contract negotiations for cloud and IT services. • Drove strong people engagement results while enhancing transparency and prioritization processes.
