With over 30 years of experience in the IT sector, I have a proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Before my role as MD at Xebia, I served as the Global Account Director for ASML at Microsoft, where I managed strategic partnerships and account relationships with one of the world's leading semiconductor companies. Previously, I was the general manager of Microsoft in Ukraine and Director at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, where I facilitated trade and investment between the US and Ukraine. My educational background includes a Master's Degree in Astronomy from Leiden University, which has given me a unique perspective on complex problems and innovative solutions.
