Operations responsibility for the largest GEA factory in APAC serving multiple GEA product groups • Local project owner for setting up machining operations and production facilities to increase vertical integration and to accommodate new product lines (10+ Million Euro budget responsibility). • Lead production portfolio management and introduction of new products • Introduce SAP WM module and an ODA/PDA system. • Drive organisational development in an environment where production output increased 2,5 fold over the period of 3 years
Supply Chain Management, Global Sourcing and Operations responsibility for the main barn equipment and milking parlor manufacturing site in Europe. Also taking responsibility for the customer service management for project sales and aftermarket spare part distribution as well as quality management and HSE functions. Driving and executing organizational transformation within org unit as part of overall GEA Group reorganisation.
Supply Chain Management, Sourcing and Production Responsibility for three different sites (Production/Distribution, a warehouse in WGQ FTZ and a micro manufacturing site for chemicals) in China including Customer Service Management for project sales order execution and aftermarket activities and Quality Management functions • Co-Lead in the ISO 9001 certification rollout • Extended (out)sourcing activities of equipment and services to optimize cost and lead times • Reshaped the operations organization to accommodate a business growth of 150% over the course of 2 years. • Headed the relocation/transfer of production and supply chain activities to a new site
Head of two manufacturing sites in China with budget and CAPEX responsibility. One plant with focus on assembly of electronic components and carbon steel welding of mechanical equipment located and one micro plant for chemical products. • Co-Lead in internal restructuring program executed end of 2011 • Localized mechanical equipment product lines from the North American center of competence coordinating the know-how transfer, conversion to metric specifications, qualification of local component suppliers and manufacturing ramp up. • Responsible for the manufacturing start-up of new chemical products in China.
Responsible for establishing a new manufacturing site and distribution center in China including budget and CAPEX responsibility. Lead as project team key user the SAP rollout for the production, supply chain, customer service and warehouse management functions (PP, MM, SD, WM)
