Leading a team of 8 employees as a direct report to the CIO, I am responsible for the financial and administrative governance of all CGMs internal IT services.: - Controlling / Reporting / Budgeting / Financial Governance - License Management - Order Processing / Invoicing / IC-Recharging - Sales & Administration for Hosting services
Main tasks involve budgeting, reporting, ad-hoc analysis, as well as system administration (Tagetik, SQL)
o Calculation and processing of the variable sales costs in the course of sales and annual sales planning in Excel o Creation of planning report templates from SAP using macros and VBA in Excel o Contribution margin analysis and sales controlling after the SAP system changeover using mass data analysis in Excel o Daily management reporting using Excel and SAP o General support for system migration from IBM AS/400 to SAP S/4HANA
- Attended and documented the committees "Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON)" and "Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE)" - Researched current European and world political issues (e.g. clearing obligation, GDPR) - Helped on administrative and organizational office processes - Guided visitor groups in the Brussels and Strasbourg Parliament
