LSU Online Enrollment Concierge for Graduate Studies • Hybrid location – home office and two days a week in office at LSU Baton Rouge • Handle enrollment for graduate students for specific Master’s programs such as MBA, Construction Management, Public Health and 10 other programs • Exceed 40 calls and two hours of talk time per day, 20 admits per module • Working with a very diverse team, using new platforms to communicate within the team and students
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding a sales revenue goal of 2.2 million. Finished 2019 at 93% • Responsible for interpersonal skills in order to create and maintain client relationships. • Responsible for meeting and exceeding personal client entertainment, site inspections and presentations – 8 to 10 per month • Responsible for prospecting new business • Responsible for maintaining accurate account contact information • Responsible for portions of the annual marketing plan: budgeting, trade shows, sales trips promotional items • Responsible for working within entertainment, travel and trade show budget • Responsible for monthly sales reporting, calendar management, and time management • Responsible for Customer Service – research, attention to details, problem solving, patience Responsible for working within the sales team to be creative, with our team sales goal and hotel goal top of mind.
