• Advising the Lenders (including IFC, Proparco, DEG and Absa Bank Limited) in connection with the financing of a new 175 MW gas-fired power plant located at Ressano Garcia in southern Mozambique. • Advising Proparco and Standard Bank in connection with respective financings for the Export Trading Group, involving several jurisdictions in Africa including Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi and Mauritius. • Advising the Arrangers and Lenders in connection with a USD 200 million revolving credit facility in relation to a gold and copper mining project in Mongolia. • Advising the borrower in connection with a USD 125 million and EUR 45 million senior term facilities and USD 315 million multicurrency revolving credit facility for AZ Electronic Materials • Advising the mandated lead arrangers in connection with the EUR 770 million acquisition of Oberthur Technologies in France (the second biggest LBO in France in 2011) • Advising the Sponsors (including a French based Sponsor) in connection with the Weda Bay nickel mining and refining project in Indonesia
