I have over 45 years experience from the Oil Industry, where 40 years of them on Project Control and have been working at ConocoPhillips, Norway as project control specialist on Greater Ekofisk Modification Project and as planning lead on Capital Projects, Norway. Before I started at ConocoPhillips I have act as Senior Manager for the Project Support Department (Planning, Estimating, Cost & Change Control and Document Control) at Kværner Rosenberg. I have also act as Senior Planning Manager on several large Projects built by Kværner & Aker Kværner such as: Ormen Lange Main Installation Plant (Norsk Hydro), Grane Topside and Offshore Installation (Norsk Hydro), Åsgard B Platform (Statoil), Troll Olje MSF (Norsk Hydro), Draugen Topside (Shell) and Snorre Hull TLP (Saga) I have good knowledge in how to control work by using the project organization. The experience also includes co-ordination and management of personnel from different disciplines / departments.
