      Project NEMO is one of the key projects in residential segment for Telefonica in 2012. The goal of the project is to bring a brand new mobile data tariff portfolio for UMTS and CDMA mobile data including: data only tariffs, Data over voice and free on net SMS. One of the main goals of the project is also to create a new mobile data asset in Siebel CRM system and migration of the current data tariffs to the new data structures in Siebel. Jan is acting in a role of Project Manager. He is leading the IT part of the project (architecture, analyses, development, testing and operations) with close cooperation with business unit (product development and marketing) with regular reporting to IT management. The project is held in line with TO2’s product delivery process. The brand new solution based in Siebel together with the new range of data tariffs was commercially launched November 2012.

      POTR – Individual offer Project of Operational Trust and reliability is one of the key projects for Telefonica in 2011. The goal of the project is to improve claims and complaints by 50% over the whole company by Q2/2011 and bring new long term solutions in several critical areas. One of the sub-projects is the project of Individual offer (IN) which should bring a brand new solution for IN (corporate segment) and business tariffs in 2012, January release. Jan is acting in a role of Project Manager and a technical driver of the whole activity. He is leading the business part (marketing, product development, sales, etc) together with the IT part (architecture, analyses, delivery) in the complete process of TO2’s product and non-product delivery process. He is also an active part of the new architecture design together with the enterprise architecture of TO2. The brand new solution based in Siebel together with the new range of business tariffs should be delivered in 2012 January release. Key technologies used in the project: UML, Siebel, JAVA, Integration (Oracle WLI, AQ)
