As the ultimate Cloud and AI optimist, I believe we are living through a business technology revolution in real time. It’s a rare moment when we get to witness the next great chapter of business transformations but write it at the same time. In my role as Chief Revenue Officer, Americas and SAP Business Suite, I get to have a front row seat for the greatest business AI innovations in the Americas and globally. I bring a product mindset, an empathy for enterprise customers (because I’ve been one!) and a passion for making them stay ahead and stay successful in the Intelligent Age. I believe in blurring the boundaries between 'us' and 'them', the business and the customer, and always striving to achieve a level of empathy and innovation in my leadership style that breaks the norm.
