- Lead the commercialization of Acquisition & Engagement solutions, ensuring strategic alignment between Product and Sales to drive market adoption and revenue growth. - Manage the testing and piloting of new Marketing, Loyalty and Personalization technologies, including go‑to‑market planning, joint workshops, client and product prioritization, go/no‑go decisions, and development of sales enablement materials - Act as the key intermediary between Product/Technology, Sales and Delivery teams, ensuring new products met market needs and were built on reliable, scalable foundations. - Build early‑stage product sales pipelines, served as expert sales support, selected first clients, defined use cases and pricing - Oversee initial client implementations, conducted lessons‑learned reviews, and ensured systematic feedback and knowledge sharing across the matrix organization.
- Manage the European Marketing Service Product Organisation - Lead the development and execution of regional product strategy - including go-to-market planning and sales enablement - Manage change process from marketing agency to scalable marketing product organization – incl. - Head of marketing agency supporting Mastercard’s D&S clients, managing end-to-end lifecycle marketing from product launch to acquisition and retention. - Specialize in segments including financial institutions, banking, retail, and commerce. - Manage senior stakeholders across clients, suppliers, and Mastercard leadership. - Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 10 marketing, CRM, sales, and IT consultants. - Oversee full P&L responsibility, delivering strong financial and operational results. Responsible for loyalty program “Priceless Specials Germany” - Development of a new loyalty redemption portal (front- and backend) - Alignment with loyalty, legal, marketing, privacy and global risk teams - Build and provide local cardholder service
