- Provide technical solutions that best suits customer needs taking into consideration customer environment, design, scalability, redundancy and future growth - Deliver solutions for high-end solutions through troubleshooting, research, environment replication & identification of workarounds - Actively supporting the customer in all aspects through problem resolution while keeping the customer informed throughout the life of the incident - Interlocking with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Sales Account Managers (SAMs) to address customer issues and queries promptly/effectively - Co-ordinating resources to resolve technical issues and turn around strained relationships at large high profile accounts in both pre and post-sale stages - Act as a trusted advisor to the management team on the technical front - Work mostly with Data Center, Campus and Enterprise customers and environments - Support all Dell/Force10/Powerconnect platforms ( N-series, S-series, C-series, Z-series, MXL/IOA ) and wireless platforms: controllers, IAPs, APs and appliances from Aruba, Aerohive & AirWave
