Experienced aerospace engineer with a strong background in aircraft development, certification and prototyping. Currently leading FTI Engineering Network’s new development site in Strausberg, responsible for integrating the former APUS engineering and production teams into FTI’s organisation. Focused on scaling processes and aligning workflows across FTI’s sites in Strausberg, Wildau and Bremen — covering project management, resource planning, engineering and production. Before joining FTI, I co-founded APUS Zero Emission GmbH and served as Head of Design Organisation, building the company from a start-up to 70 employees and leading teams for structures, systems, and hydrogen storage in the development of a 2.2-ton hydrogen-powered aircraft as well as multi purpose platforms up to 4.7 tons. Hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, aircraft maintenance and prototyping, particularly in general aviation. Private pilot since 2003, actively engaged in flight testing and development projects with Akaflieg Berlin e.V. and Idaflieg e.V. Combining leadership, technical expertise and practical aviation experience to bridge innovative engineering with efficient, certifiable, and scalable aerospace development.
