Brussels, Brussels Region, Belgium
Since I grew up on my parents' farm in Sottrum, I feel connected to my home in Lower Saxony and to agriculture. Being the father of two children, the future of Europe is truly a matter of the heart for me. For 16 years, I was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament. There, I was mainly concerned with migration policy and agriculture. Since 2019, I have been allowed to represent Lower Saxony and the Free Democrats in the European Parliament.
