Actual responsibilities: • Technical support over the phone and remote support in scope of maintaining software and hardware delivered by the company (RDP, VNC, SSH, Teamviewer). • Identification, diagnostics and resolution to issues in the production environments. • Carrying out tests, configurations and implementations for customers. • Conducting training events for individual clients and businesses. • Fixing inconsistency between databases and fiscal printers after failures (SQL). • Restoration of customer databases after failures (Oracle 9,10 and 11). • Creating procedures, scripts and tools resolving repetitive issues for co-workers (MS Office, SQL). • IT service supply in customer locations. • Managing cooperation between the development team in the field of reporting bugs and implementation of new features. • Responsibility for meeting deadlines required by company contracts.
Actual responsibilities: • Technical direction & assistance to customers/ co-workers on computers and network use. Comprehensive advice and instructions. • Design and installation of well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling. • System failures troubleshooting and spotting of bottlenecks to ensure the long term efficiency of the network. • LAN/ WLAN infrastructure inspection and fixing of minor or major issues/bugs. • Configuration and software testing. • Selection, preparation, maintenance and repair of hardware, along with peripheral devices in the company's network. • Network performance evaluation and finding possible ways of system improvement. • Working on the ticket management system (Mantis).
