Hello I'm Jan, I've been working for Datwyler Pharma Packaging since 2015, first as a process & validation engineer and then as the production manager of the moulding department, after a period in which I had to manage the finishing and mixing departments during the absence of managers there, I am now the production manager of the coating department. I'm currently responsible for inspiring 30 people to give their best everyday. I've been amassing experience in the areas of process improvement in a production environment, particularly in the processes of bulk production of chemicals & viscuous fluids (at my first project at Sadepan Chimica in 2011), in the pharma/consumer filling & packaging industry for my project at Janssen Pharmaceutica (2011-2015) and currently in rubber pharma component manufacturing at Datwyler. I was also responsible for training the current department heads of moulding, mixing and finishing. I'm hoping to keep working on interesting projects like this so I can keep learning new skills to improve my career.
