PSA Celtic FC Academy Kuwait - (Celtic FC Soccer Academy International Partner). Currently working with U17's and Open Age group along with entry level players of various age groups and abilities. My responsibilities include: The planning and organisation of training sessions with attendances between 5-35 participants. Organisation of assistant and young coaches. Head coach of Centre of Excellence side involving 3 training sessions and 1 match per week as well as tournaments and festivals. Head coach for developmental side which involves 3 training sessions per week per side and 10 games per season. Coach and instil the clubs curriculum to ensure solid structure and easy progression within the academy. Evaluate Training sessions and Matches on the clubs performance management system. Conduct team and individual video analysis. Assist and mentor young and in-experienced coaches. Conduct pre-game and training risk assessments. Liaise with all members of staff and conduct monthly meetings ensuring that appropriate and up to date training is being provided.
