Develop finish palette concepts, assess client needs, and attend design meetings with other D4D project team members regularly for a LEED Gold Certified Hospice Care facility in the Northern Suburbs.
Oversee all aspects of design implementation and specification including design development, architectural drawings, finish drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, renderings, color palette concepts, product research/sourcing, furniture specifications and client presentations. Manage design team members and set priorities/deadlines for all project work. Meet with product vendors/ sales reps to stay up to date with the latest products, codes and standards within the industry. Work closely with architects, general contractors, subcontractors and installers for project coordination, bidding and installation.
