Managed a $60+ million construction contract in an occupied elderly high-rise, including reviewing and approving contracts and contract amendments, reviewing completed work for conformance to the contract, and problem solving and troubleshooting construction and mechanical systems issues.
Managed multiple low-income housing properties across Cambridge, working with a diverse population of tenants to resolve maintenance issues and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
