I'm an operations professional who's spent the last five years walking into small businesses and building the systems they didn't know they needed. At Square One Agency, I served on the senior leadership team as Director of Operations, where I migrated our entire accounting infrastructure from Honeybook to QuickBooks, cutting invoice creation time by roughly 80%.
