I grew up in a small suburb outside of Baltimore, MD, and was fortunate to learn much about the mechanics of real estate even as a youngster from my father and grandfather. A life-long athlete, I was recruited to play baseball by The University Of South Florida where I earned my bachelor's degree in 1998. Shortly after graduating, I began my real estate journey in Miami when I was recruited by the Coldwell Banker powerhouse duo known as "The Jills" in 2001. Soon thereafter, I became a lead partner in the lucrative purchase of two waterfront homes on Sunset Island 3, and from that moment on, went full-steam ahead, purchasing additional properties at 1800 Sunset Harbor Drive, as well as two units in Eichner's Continuum. In early 2004, I relocated to NYC, earning my real estate licenses in both New York and New Jersey, and established my first NYC office at The Olympic Tower at 645 5th Avenue. It was also at this time I invested and brokered my first commercial project, 1800 Park Avenue, LLC, to Vornado Realty Trust. In 2013, I returned to residential real estate and began working at Douglas Elliman, when I was recruited by Tal Alexander of The Alexander Team. I soon helped them build out their brand and breadth, listing The Sherry Netherland 18th floor for a staggering $95M, and also recorded a shattering price per square foot at Related Management's 25 Columbus Circle. I also established the highest price recorded ever (to date) at 150 Columbus Avenue. I have built a name for myself by providing clients a white-glove service, cutting-edge advice, and back these up with thorough research and a deep knowledge of the real estate market. Additionally, philanthropy is also extremely important to me, and I take pride in being a supporter of the American Red Cross, March of Dimes, Autism Speaks, Holes for Hope, The UJA, and Robin Hood.
