•Design rugged tactical hardware solutions according to US Gov./Navy Standards •Install, upgrade, troubleshoot and design TAC3 and TAC4 rack systems, rack mounted monitors, tape drives, disk drives, CPU's, flat panel displays, UPS, PDU’s in order to support US Navy mission critical systems. •Assemble custom rugged and non-rugged workstations / servers and terminals, and install specified software •Service & Repair various systems and perform basic board level repairs / upgrades as needed. •Administer Quality Assurance standards and test procedures requested by US GOV, and other defense contractors (MIL-STD’s); Create QA reports and Test reports. •Train other technicians and end-users on hardware and software in order to ensure that there is a consistent level of skills •Configure and maintain HP UNIX servers. Administer RB Enterprises company Windows server and network of 10+ users. Monitor traffic and resources and make changes as needed. •Manage and update company database of inventory, jobs, RMA’s, order forms, and other internal records to ensure accuracy and performance. •Use SolidWorks (CAD) to modify and interpret models and assembly drawings for various rack mounted enclosures, expansion chassis, and other customer specific needs. •Create and process Estimates, PO’s, Invoices, and process company Payroll. •Designed and maintain RB Enterprises company website; www.tacdepot.com
•Categorize web sites for St. Bernard Software's iPrism Web Filtering product •Review various web sites and categorize them based on predetermined criteria and the web site content •Search for and screen potential sites containing botnets, viruses, spyware, circumvention tools, inappropriate content and any unwanted Web application.
