• Managed the vetting and submission of Request for Payment Forms (RFPs) • Managed and maintained an organised system for the recording of financial transactions and financial documents • Oversaw the Sales and Merchandise Department to ensure that the club’s finances remain at healthy levels
• Led a team of 8 in the entire planning and execution of CDE Orientation Week - a 3 day physical orientation camp for 400 freshman and 100 seniors • Spearheaded the planning, scheduling and logistics of all programmes conducted throughout the 3 days, including wet and dry station games, escape room, amazing race, mass games, beach day and academic talks
- Awarded the COVID-19 Resilience Medal (2023) - Generated daily COVID-19 case number reports and conducted in-depth trend analyses, providing valuable insights to assist hospitals and healthcare facilities in strategic planning and patient management - Collaborated with various stakeholders, including hospitals and ambulances, ensuring that COVID-19 patients are admitted to the respective treatment facilities efficiently - Applied Microsoft Excel data visualisation techniques to analyse the daily reports and extract meaningful insights
