I love learning and will always look for a way to grow within a company I enjoy. While employed with CARD I was able to study many areas and was certified in various fields including ABA and RBT. I was also able to hone my Data Collection and Analysis, while being mentored in how to best bring change and convey my finding in meetings and in various settings with a broad net of people including Supervisors, Parents, other Behavior Therapists, and anyone who was a part of the clients team- while following HIPPA. During my employment with Thunder Valley I have been a part of a vast team- frequently relaying information across departments and working closely with my own to ensure proper service to all of our guests. Thunder Valley has also allowed me vast training and daily interaction with POS software, and the opportunity to work with a large variety of guests. Which has allowed me to better my communication and serving skills across all settings (from Table Games, to High Limit Guests, Poker Tournaments, Bingo Players, Slots, serving tables at one of their Lounges, and even working poolside). Currently working with Maxim in both school and in home settings. CPR certified, and CPI certified. Communicating effectively with Supervisor, Teachers, Para Educators, Principles, Parents, etc, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPPA standards.
