The role spans commercial execution, catalogue management, FBA, systems and automation, Amazon Advertising, and more. I work across a wide platform stack including Rithum, Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365, Helium 10, and Excel, and operate across the full operational lifecycle from stock flow and buying through to content, compliance, and reporting. I take ownership of complex, cross-functional problems and have consistently expanded the scope of my role beyond its original remit, delivering process improvements, automation, and capability uplift across the team. SME, Process Specialist and Team Leader secondment within a large-scale banking operation managing complex PPI Information Requests and financial case reviews.
