Tutored children aged 9-16 on a weekly basis, which involved adapting my communication skills based upon the age of the child. Sessions were also adapted depending upon the children’s personalities. This role evolved into becoming an advocate for the charity.
Gained work experience in residential and commercial conveyancing for 4 days. Researched various conveyancing topics (such as commercial rent reviews and FRI leases). Shown the chronology of sale and purchase cases and what forms and procedures are involved at each stage.
