I’m a Marketing and Media Associate at Real Estate Collective Group, where I support digital marketing, brand storytelling and investor communications within the real estate and affordable housing space. My work includes content creation, campaign coordination and strategic messaging that helps translate complex investment concepts into clear, engaging narratives. I enjoy collaborating on projects that bring ideas to life, developing marketing campaigns and helping brands build meaningful connections with their audiences. I’m seeking full-time opportunities in marketing, brand strategy or account management and am open to networking, mentorship and conversations around digital marketing and campaign development.
In my current role at Real Estate Collective Group, I support marketing and communications initiatives focused on investor and broker engagement. I manage email marketing and campaign strategy using Klaviyo, developing targeted communications for investors, brokers and real estate agents. I work in collaboration with CRP Affordable, Castellan Capital and Ironcore Construction to execute marketing strategies for affordable housing developments across California. This includes supporting the positioning of the 1031 Affordable Strategy through investor-focused messaging and content. I also oversee digital marketing channels, including managing LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, as well as website management and content updates through Squarespace. I use Notion to support organization, project tracking and team coordination across multiple initiatives. This experience has strengthened my ability to align marketing strategy with business objectives while communicating complex real estate concepts to a range of audiences.
During my internship at St. John & Partners, I worked closely with account managers, project managers and social strategists on clients such as Rooms To Go, Perkins and Florida Prepaid. I supported client communication, project coordination and cross-functional alignment to help move campaigns forward efficiently. I also collaborated with the social team to film and develop content for brands like Metro Diner. This experience gave me a strong understanding of how account teams manage client relationships, balance priorities and work across teams to bring campaigns to life.
