• Support the design and launch of Promise's ecosystem activation work — bridging strategic leadership and day-to-day implementation to help stitch together a "coalition of coalitions" across the early childhood field. • Bridge strategic direction and day-to-day execution across a national network of 1,000+ early childhood leaders, funders, and coalitions, ensuring initiatives move forward with both momentum and relational integrity. • Steward national convenings, learning spaces, and collaborative efforts that support a growing "coalition of coalitions" — from design through implementation and impact.
• Served as CRM steward and data infrastructure lead for a nationwide collaborative of 500+ early childhood leaders of color — managing member engagement tracking, onboarding workflows, impact reporting, and survey analysis across Salesforce and integrated platforms. •Led end-to-end convening operations for national in-person and virtual events, including project timelines, run-of-shows, vendor contracts, hotel and travel coordination, registration systems, and post-event evaluation and reporting. • Designed and facilitated member-driven programming and focus groups using human-centered and liberatory design methods — translating community feedback into improved user journeys, digital engagement, and program design across platforms like Mighty Networks. • Stewarded member experience from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring collaborative members stayed connected to programming, resources, and community across virtual and in-person spaces. • Coordinated cross-team and cross-organizational partnerships with fiscal sponsors, vendors, and ecosystem partners — managing contracts, invoicing, and budget coding to keep collaborative initiatives moving with clarity and care. • Led post-event and ongoing impact measurement, synthesizing engagement data, qualitative insights, and survey results to inform strategic decisions and funder reporting.

• Directed operations for a multi-site childcare and outdoor enrichment program serving up to 600 students annually, overseeing 30 staff members and ensuring high-quality programming across multiple outdoor schooling locations. • Led year-round enrollment operations for 1,000+ families, managing CRM systems to track registration, financial data, and customer engagement. • Recruited, trained, and supervised 50 seasonal staff members to support childcare clinics and camps, building operational systems for onboarding and staff coordination. • Grew the organization’s social media audience by 800%, strengthening parent communication and community engagement across digital platforms. • Directed digital marketing and communications, designing weekly content, advertisements, and updates across multiple company websites. • Built and maintained an internal digital asset system using shared cloud platforms to organize program materials, marketing assets, and operational documents.
