Ecosystems Manager @ Promise | Stitching together collective infrastructure for a coordinated early childhood field

Los Angeles, California, United States

About

Co-designing alongside entrepreneurs, caregivers, and communities, I build the connective tissue that helps coalitions breathe (and move) I translate shared vision into coordinated action through feedback loops, liberatory design and in person convenings. My background spans participatory research, UX, policy and care work - each thread pointing toward the same north star: communities designing their own futures, on their own terms. 🔍 what I do: ✷ design programs and tools turning lived insight into systems that actually serve partners ✷ steward ecosystems where equity, trust and shared leadership drive real movement ✷ lead participatory research rooted in trust, storytelling + collective care ✷ translate vision into coordinated action across partnerships, teams and timelines ✷ hold the infrastructure for collaboratives, conferences and cross-sector initiatives to move with clarity and purpose 📌 highlights: ✦ New Profit 2023 Emerging Leader ✦ Building Movement Project 2025 SolidarityIs Cohort ✦ Board Member, For the Village, Inc. ✦ Full Spectrum Doula, Birthing Advocacy ✦ Bilingual in English & Spanish
