*Responsible for customer registration and customer service in areas such as ensuring quality communication, consumer complaint resolution, and policy compliance *Made necessary changes, additions or deletions in the RAMS Marketing System for customer data as requested Supervised as team lead of 5-10 employees in 10+ tradeshows annually *Provided customers with accurate information regarding facilities, events and admissions policies
